Sebastian Jilke is assistant professor at Rutgers University’s School of Public Affairs and Administration, United States.
Dr. Jilke studies the politics and psychological underpinnings of citizen-state interactions. He conducts research on public sector reform and how it affects citizens’ attitudes and behaviors, work-related attitudes and behaviors of government workers (esp. towards citizens), and research methodology (esp. experimental techniques, but also measurement and survey research).

Joris Voets is Assistant Professor of Public Management at the Department of Public Governance, Management and Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University (Belgium). His current research includes governance and performance of inter-organizational networks and public-private partnerships, as well as service delivery by and government capacity of local governments. Recent work is published in Public Administration, Public Management Review and Public Money & Management.

Allan Rosenbaum is Professor of Public Administration and Director of the Institute for Public Management and Community Service and the Center for Democracy and Good Governance at Florida International University in Miami, Florida (United States).
He previously served as Dean of the University’s School of Public Affairs. Prior to that, he was on the faculties of the Universities of Maryland, Connecticut and Wisconsin and held a research position at the University of Chicago. He has worked in national, state and local government in the United States and has carried out numerous international projects for the United Nations, the US Agency for International Development, the World Bank and the Swedish International Development Agency. He is Immediate Past President of the American Society for Public Administration and has served as President of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration in Brussels, Belgium. He is Visiting Distinguished Professor at the University of Potsdam, Germany and currently serves on numerous journal editorial boards.
