Peter Leisink is Professor at the Utrecht University School of Governance – (USG). His research interests are: management and organization of service organizations, the contribution of strategic human resource management to service performance in public and non-profit organizations, leadership and motivation in (public) organizations, employability, age-related policies, changes in employment relations and organization (in the context of globalization and informatization). He did his research in various sectors of industry, including the civil service, municipalities, police, care for the elderly, hospitals, public transport, financial services and the graphical and media industries.
